beekay414
I don't blame you tho. I don't think I saw enough in 2022 to be a legitimate contributor for this. Spent more time scrolling for things to watch than actually watching.
Ozzy
I thought 2021 was a bad year for movies, now it looks outstanding compared to 2022. What a garbage pile of film, possibly one of the worst movie years ever, especially considering "Top Gun Maverick" is considered one of the better films of the year, just sad. 2021 at least had Spencer, King Richard and The Mauritanian. For 2022 Elvis is pathetically one of the better ones, odd they did it with Austin Butler because verbally his voice is close and can sing like him, but visually his jaw line is way too narrow and that makes him look nothing like Elvis at all. Still he did do a decent job in the film and the film was not great but was not awful. Death on the Nile was promising but turned out to be awful and same with The Northman. Both used so much ******* CGI in it, and it was not blended well in either film and completely took away the vibe because the background looks so damn fake. Or like in The Northman they just turned off the lights and called it ambience, but really it is just cheap things out and not pay for set design, wardrobe and just pay for the actors audio. Similar with "The Batman", The Northman had good parts when the lights were turned out though and Anya was on screen, way too many odd scenes though in it. 2022 though yeah hard to see anything of note. Also it is hard to determine the difference between TV and movies, because so many "TV" shows are way longer than a movie ever would be. So would one then call all movies TV and all TV series instead movies? With all the streaming services that absolutely has downgraded films and the quality of them! Sure it is fun to binge watch at times but honestly no it is not. I just watched the Original The Stand 1994 again, and that was damn hard to get through all at once, and rarely when one does do you feel yeah that 8 hours was a good 8 hours spent... Give me a 2-3 hour movie instead of a 5 season, 10 episode a season TV mini series.
