The estimated number of players to be afforded contracts has increased to 60 with a few teams missing out on some cheaper offers. We'll see if teams increase their bids over the next hour to compensate this minor uptick in bidding. Another 10 million was dumped into free agency over the last few hours yet 7 teams have yet to make their presence felt in the 4th round of bidding. The sole team without a winning contract is still the sole team without a winning contract....it's not known if they've changed their offer or not but if they did it's still not enough to pull the player from the other teams who currently have a higher offer on the table.
