The Cleveland Browns Free Agency Round 3:

The Browns would like to welcome (G) Xavier Su'a-filo, (TE) Jacob Hollister. and (ILB) Ray Ray Armstrong to the team.

- (G) Xavier Su'a-filo will be the Browns primary backup at guard and adds valuable depth to interior of the offensive line.

- (TE) Jacob Hollister will be used in two TE sets with David Njoku and provides another weapon for Baker Matyfield who did not have a viable TE safety blanket last year.  Hollister will allow the Browns to experiment with different sets and if Njoku were to get injured again, Hollister will be a solid alternative at TE.

- (ILB) Ray Ray Armstrong and the Cleveland Browns organization are familiar with each other.  Armstrong is being brought in to compete for the ILB position with Sione Takitaki.  Armstrong is not spectacular, but he is experienced and can be a solid contributor.

Peace!!!

Can’t believe you nicked Hollister from me. Good pick up.

My surprise is how many players are still so expensive.

Peace!!!

Agreed....I'm wondering if it wouldn't be beneficial after this round to drop prices an additional 10%...So it would be 20% decreases after this round and for the remaining mock.  Not that it would decrease the contract length as well.

I would be 100% in favor of this FWIW.

Bids appear to be slowing down as teams are looking for more filler type players getting those prices down would boost the bid count.

Anyone else agree / disagree with doing something like this?

I am in favour too. I know there are lots of people to vote yet but if this was happening would be good if a decision was made in next three hours as I may amend this rounds bids.

It wouldn't affect this round of bidding, it would start next round - 5.
