In this thread we will be deciding the 5th entrant into the FF Best Movie Ever Tournament - Romance movie from the 1970s!

Nominations are open! Please be clear that you are nominating flicks. Movies with 3+ nominations will make it into the polling phase. POSTERS WILL BE LIMITED TO FIVE NOMINATIONS. If you nominate more than 5 I will only count the top five. The changes in edited posts will not be counted. Nominations will close Thursday, 5/7/2020 at 4pm EST.

and that is it, the rest are overrated and not all that good.  Could argue Rocky which is not a romance, is a better romance than Annie Hall.

 

 

Honestly Tess is one of the most beautiful films ever made, the visuals in it are really amazing.

Had to put this in here, never heard of this movie before honestly, but in Tommy Boy his quote is  "Whoa, dad. She's like a... ten!" Pretty funny stuff.

 

 

You should all give yourself a treat visually and watch Tess, it is well worth it.
