Please see rules at the following thread: Nominations are open! Please be clear that you are nominating flicks. Movies with 3+ nominations will make it into the polling phase. POSTERS WILL BE LIMITED TO FIVE NOMINATIONS. If you nominate more than 5 I will only count the top five. The changes in edited posts will not be counted. The Shawshank Redemption Good Will Hunting American Beauty Philadelphia Saving Private Ryan Missed the cut but not by much: Glengarry Glen Ross (hate to leave it off, such a great movie) Dances With Wolves (absolutely classic) Awakenings (another great one) Apollo 13 (could be Sci Fi and or space sure but is an awesome dramatic film as well) Fresh (super underrated and is a standout film) Schindler's List (really powerful) Unforgiven (absolute classic but is clearly a western) Rudy (leaving it off is hard but really sports movies should have been their own category in a way) A Few Good Men (another classic that could easily be on there) What's Eating Gilbert Grape (totally love that film) The Celebration (Possibly one of the best films you have never seen, crazy dramatic) The Insider (amazing film) Eyes Wide Shut (love that movie) October Sky Children of Heaven The Color of Paradise Shine 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
