S3 was mediocre and s4 was terrible before recovering with a solid final season. Those first 2 seasons were absolutely fantastic tho. Better Call Saul is so much better imo. It’s very impressive how long The Simpsons has lasted but I haven’t watched it since the first few seasons. I’m surprised ppl are still that invested in it that it lasted 30+ seasons. I don't need to see walt survive and cook into his 80s Animation can do that yes and breaking bad is clearly a top show that has/had a finite life, but to stay relevant in 5 different decades as an actual show (not news) pushes the Simpsons over the top here imo. Simpsons is probably more of cultural touchstone than Breaking Bad, but there's not a show here (other than South Park) that I'm picking over BB.
