How do shows with one season (including Mandalorian, which I love) get rated so highly in an all time competition? ET80 Posted November 17, 2020 Share Posted November 17, 2020 This one is legit hard, because I genuinely love each show. 30 Rock is one of my "white noise" shows. I'll turn it on and it'll be playing in the background through the day. Jack Donagey is a hero of mine, I actually threw in a shout out to him in my Six Sigma Black Belt project (which my instructor laughed at, so I wasn't too far off). The Boys, however - man, that's such a great show. Superhero types left unchecked and working in a corporate structure? A great set of side characters such as Frenchie, Mother's Milk, The Deep? A guy like Homelander? Such a good collection of characters. I'm honestly waiting for that show to paint itself in a corner - I never read the comics, so I don't know how faithful it is to the original. But that's a slight concern to me, as it is with any ongoing show. 30 Rock is self contained in that respect, and has the benefits of hindsight to its credit... So, I'll give it my vote.
